Sparklings - White and Red

Our two sparkling wines are both made by the 'Traditional Method' - fermented in the bottle in which it is sold - that is, undergoing extended contact with the yeast lees, and final 'remuage' and disgorging.

Both of these wines are now sealed by untaintable cork, and wire.

This is the best method - the alternative methods are the cheaper 'transfer' method, the 'tank fermented' method", or the ultra cheap Carbonation method.
