This festival has been offered since the '80's (wow-last century)
This is the new, fresh time in the vineyards - new, delicate, frost tender buds on the vines as they emerge from winter. The vineyards look bare, apart from the green 'mist' of these buds, weeds are under control, and we look foward to a new, bountiful season.
On this weekend, it is often a time to have some 'new releases' - this year our 2009 Sparkling Shiraz, our first-ever Reserve Cabernet Merlot, the 2009, and a re-release of the fabulous 2005 Riesling.
Also, Jeir Creek has cheese platters available all weekend, and live music played to really saturate your senses from 1pm 'till 4pm on Saturday. Eat on the elevated deck, listen to the music, and enjoy the vineyard panorama.
